Like a doctor-to-patient translator, I leverage years of direct patient care to distill complex concepts into what matters most.
The common threads of patient journeys usually exceed the differences. Normalizing the challenges and successes of others lowers the angst and isolation that make learning harder and are felt by so many. When people know they aren't alone, it's easier to see they are just as capable of managing challenges as anyone else.
With warmth, honesty, and storytelling, I create unique clinical content that resonates with people.

Health Literacy Project, January 2023, grew lesson completion rate by 42%
Created and edited content for a pipeline product for co-morbid Depressive Disorder and Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis resulting in 90% engagement in two registered clinical trials, with 86% of patients reporting a decrease in depressive symptoms.
Experimental emails aiming to decrease churn in the first two Cores of our Chronic Insomnia product, raising Core 1 & 2 completion rates by 8%.

Nurses earn public trust because we care for families at their most vulnerable, share practical and straightforward advice, and are present in their patients' moments of need.
As a nurse, my sweet spot was after the storm.
The crisis is over, and they return to "normal" life at home, but nothing feels normal.
As a Home Health RN, I skillfully started difficult conversations to normalize common concerns and fears. An unwelcome change in health status leaves most people feeling alone and afraid, neither conducive to healing.
I've adapted my innate understanding of people, clinical background, and conversational skills to writing digital therapeutic content. My words help people regain the confidence and control needed for lasting behavior change.
Changing long-standing habits is complex and more complicated for people feeling isolated and insecure.
I'm a well-liked and enthusiastic teammate who loves problem-solving and brings joy to my work. Creating products for patients blends my best skills and captures my interest, attention, and heart.
